Maple Cove Retreat: Mountain Bliss Near Asheville

Nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills, Maple Cove combines modern comfort with rustic charm. With seven bedrooms across three levels, the home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, offering plenty of space for privacy and connection. Kids will love the custom bunk room and game room, while adults can unwind in the hot tub or sauna after a day exploring Asheville’s trails and breweries. Designed for memorable group getaways, Maple Cove features multiple lounges, a movie room, outdoor dining space, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay effortless.

No parties or events of any kind. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No tampons, paper towels or diapers are to be disposed in the toilets. We are on a septic system. Please respect neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting. Use all spa and fire features at your own risk. No glass in or around the hot tub, sauna, or firepits. Always replace covers on the hot tub and cold plunge after use. Never leave firepits or candles unattended. All trash must go into the bear-proof bins at the bottom of the driveway. Always latch the lids securely with the attached straps. Do not leave any food, drinks, or garbage outside — bears are active in this area. Never approach or feed wildlife. Turn off the electric fireplace when leaving a room or the home. Grill and deck firepit should only be used by adults and turned off after use. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the hot tub, golf simulator, waterfall, pond and fire pits. The property includes steep terrain and natural features — use caution. Please do not move large furniture. Use coasters under drinks to protect surfaces. No indoor furniture should be taken outside. The home is on a septic system — please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Dispose of these items in trash bins only. At Checkout Load and run the dishwasher. Leave used towels in the laundry area. Replace covers on hot tub and cold plunge. Ensure all lights and electronics are off. Lock all doors and windows. The property features a beautiful pond and waterfall area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Please watch children closely around water and uneven terrain. We share the mountain with local wildlife, including black bears, who occasionally visit the waterfall to drink or cool off. They’re typically calm and avoid people, but never approach, feed, or leave food outside. The hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, firepits, and deck areas are open year-round—please use with care and follow safety guidelines. Starlink WiFi offers strong, reliable internet, plenty for all your needs . Driveway is paved with parking for 6+ vehicles. In winter, 4WD is recommended if snow is expected. Outdoor security cameras monitor entry points for safety; no cameras are inside the home.
